Chris Pate studied at Bristol School of Art from 2000 - 2004 where she explored combining traditional jewelley techniques with the contemporary medium Precious Metal Clay.  PMC now forms an integral part of her work, providing the sculptural, textural and three-dimentional qualities she desires.  Her inspiration comes from life experiences and memories.  She designs and makes from her studio in Somerset and has been teaching PMC for 4 years http://www.touchmark.co.uk/    She is a member of the Association of Contemporary Jewellers and a member of the PMC Guild.
